随着集团公司的迅速发展壮大，为进一步激励广大员工为集团公司做出更大贡献，让大家共享发展成果，2018年11月26日，中国安保技术集团（CSTG）召开总部和分支机构全体员工参加的视频会议，集团董事长兼总裁谭锋对《中国安保技术集团原始股配售方案》作了讲解辅导，正式启动员工购买公司原始股工作。这是CSTG成长进程中的一个标志性事件，是公司治理结构的重大改革，也是关系员工重要切身利益的大事，对于增强广大员工的归属感认同感，提高集团公司的凝聚力向心力，不断推动集团公司更好更快发展具有重大而长远的历史意义。

On November 26, 2018, CSTG held a video conference to all its staff, officially launching the program of allotment and purchase of its original shares.  

Tan Feng, the Chairman and CEO of CSTG addressed that this equity incentive measure is to further motivate the employees to make greater contribution along with CSTG’s rapid development.  

As a landmark in the growth process of CSTG, this event will enhance the staff's sense of identity, improve group cohesion centripetal force and continuously push group develop better and faster.
